Bohowedding with Amanda & Johannes
“For me, home is not a place, it’s you.” This one phrase from the wedding speech expresses what Amanda and John feel for each other. Of course, the two had much more to say … and that they also did in an open-air outdoor wedding ceremony, which could not have been nicely decorated. The benches were adorned with Gypsy-style towels, the Traubogen was decorated with a macrame drapery, and here and there were wonderful hippie dreamcatchers hanging casually from the trees. The outdoor wedding ceremony was also filled with tears – especially at the wedding pledge. Simply pure emotions that left no guest cold, even Octavia had to fight back tears.
But how did this great love come about? Amanda and Johannes got to know each other via Facebook, very soon the internet acquaintance became a deep love. YES, Amanda said she was on a lonely island in Malaysia, where she was lured into a canoe during a boat trip and kidnapped on a desert island. A marriage proposal can hardly be more romantic, it was the starting signal for her free spirit dream wedding. It was very important for the two Lovebirds to celebrate a wedding that was sustainable, or alternatively, in a chic, festive boho-chic setting. In addition, the vegan lifestyle of the bridal couple was added, which the caterer skillfully and very delicious could implement. As sunny and beautiful as the free wedding was, you had to redeploy it so quickly at the reception and for the couple’s shoot: a mighty thunderstorm with rain shower spilled from the sky and drove all guests into the wonderful decorated orangery in Boho-Glam. Truly a rustic-romantic wedding location that had something wildly romantic with old masonry, timber beams, beautiful chandeliers and long, decorated panels. An absolute eye candy in the colors green and copper. The friends, the family and all the service providers fit seamlessly into the incredibly warm atmosphere and made this day an unforgettable family celebration.
