1. LET’S TALK ABOUT THE VISION OF YOUR DREAM WEDDING!
Please fill out our contact form as detailed as possible. So that we can get to know you as well as possible and adapt to your wishes, we have prepared some questions that do not mean a lot of effort for you but help us to advise you in the best possible way. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible and make a video chat appointment with you to get to know each other.
We look forward to talking to you face to face about yourself and your love and to learn more about your vision of a relaxed wedding. Furthermore, we are already giving you the first tips on how to celebrate your wedding stress-free.
Of course, all consultations during the preparation period are free of charge, which means that we have no restrictions.
2. JEAH! WE CAN BE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHER!
After you have given us the promise that we can document your small, relaxed wedding – we are really looking forward to it!
Then we draw up a contract. This primarily serves the security of both sides and includes, among other things, our services and obligations and of course the detailed terms and conditions. A deposit of 1000 euros is then due immediately, the remaining payment is made immediately after the wedding.
3. WE WILL HELP YOU PLANNING YOUR DREAM WEDDING
Now it’s time to plan. We love to support our couples. In other words, we are happy to help you with the following points: setting up a rough schedule, finding the magical place for your free wedding, for the couple shootings at sunset and the first look! And for all other areas of the wedding, we know wonderful colleagues who think absolutely customer-oriented and have the best ideas for you! We work hand in hand with our colleagues so that your wedding is a relaxed one.
You will also receive a wedding guide from us who will take you step by step through all the stages of your big day. A checklist with service provider recommendations tailored to your needs is also included, so that you can just relax and enjoy every moment of the day
It is also very important to us that we meet you personally before the wedding in order to establish a friendly relationship with you.
So nothing stands in the way of your dream wedding!
4. YOUR VISION BECOMES REALITY – YOU CELEBRATE YOUR DREAM WEDDING WITHOUT STRESS
First, our wedding day starts with getting ready to warm up together, hold on to excitement, calm nerves, if necessary.
Second, we are your haven of calm and have no expectations of you, you are allowed to light up your being and turn out your emotional, happy, wild and crazy side. With us there are no posings, only real and authentic moments are processed.
And third, we give you peace, relaxation, connectedness, uncomplicatedness and lots of fun and joy, from sunrise to sunset, if you want.
5. YOU WILL GET DREAM MEMORIES FOR ETERNITY
After just one week we will send you a small and fine slide show that documents the most beautiful moments of your dream wedding.
And of course you can share this online gallery with all your favorite people and enjoy it until you see all the pictures after 6 weeks at the latest.
By the way, our pictures are all lovingly selected by Octavia. Each picture is individually touched by her and also edited with a lot of love.
And the completion of the wedding video will take a lot longer, we can tell you that. Telling your dream wedding in moving pictures simply takes time and a lot of love, which Klaus is happy to invest for you.
