Theresa and Jens got married ecclesiastically three years ago … and we were already there as wedding photographers
This day in August 2015 was a wonderful and happy celebration – with many friends and family members at their side. But as is often the case when many guests look at you, especially at the ceremony, you do not find personal words to express your love and feelings to the other.

Therefore, it was a great need for Theresa and Jens to once again make a personal confession of love, all alone and without spectators.
Just get away from it all for a day, blow away and let time stand still in a wonderful, magical place. That was the reason for our trip to the Austrian Alps and it could not have been more beautiful. One must also know that the two Lovebirds are very successful in their job but also very busy and have a long-distance relationship, thus a great opportunity once again to have a day just for themselves.

In order to perfect the intimate setting, Irka was hired by Pompomyourlife, who realized the decoration and the complete floristry for this special day. Her attention to detail and her passion for beauty is simply enchanting and always amazes us.

Located at 1,400 meters altitude, the mountain lodge Kasermandl in the Tyrolean Alps was the perfect location for the Elopement. It was snowy and bitterly cold. But the interplay between sun, clouds and fog offered many mystical moments and optimal conditions for an outdoor wedding ceremony.
After the Getting Ready the First Look took place and very quickly the cold temperatures were forgotten. What struck us directly was the intimate connection of the two! The bond of love between Theresa and Jens was omnipresent – but even the little teasing in between were so nice to see

And then the marriage promise, which was just magical and full of emotions in front of the little hut – including tears. Theresa’s outfit was definitely spectacular and it was not just Jens who lost his voice. The dress of Bridalboutiquebadenbaden perfectly emphasized her figure and the rock crystal crown completed the outfit.

An intimate elopement is something very special, it brings people closer together and express love in words.
And for us – especially Octavia – another dream came true, because she loves the mountains and the snow especially!
